L-ISPIZERIJA TA’ L-GĦAŻLA TIEGHEK

ĠBIR U MILI TA’ FORMOLI TA’ REĠISTRAZZJONI GĦALL-ISPIZERIJA TA’ L-GĦAŻLA TIEGHEK
Id-Diviżjoni tas-Saħħa tixtieq tinforma lill-pazjenti li huma intitolati għall-mediċini b’xejn mingħand il-Gvern u, li s-soltu jiġbru l-mediċini tagħhom miċ-Ċentri tas-Saħħa tal-Furjana jew Birkirkara, jew mill-Bereġ tal-Belt Valletta, Balzan, Lija u Pietà, li għandhom jiġbru l-Formola ta’ Reġistrazzjoni għall-Ispiżerija ta’ l-Għażla Tiegħek miċ-Ċentri tas-Saħħa tal-Furjana u ta’ Birkirkara jew mill-ispiżeriji[1][1] li daħlu fl-iskema fil-lokalitajiet imsemmija hawn fuq. Il-pazjenti għandhom jirreġistraw għal din l-iskema sat-30 ta’ Mejju 2008.
Huwa importanti li għar-reġistrazzjoni, il-pazjenti għandhom jieħdu magħhom:
Il-Karta tà l-Identità
Il-Kartun tal-mard kollu
Il-Karti l-Bojod li jintitolawhom għall-mediċini b’xejn.
Il-Formola ta’ Reġistrazzjoni trid timtela l-ewwel mill-Ispiżjar/a inkarigat/a ta’ dik l-ispiżerija li jkunu għażlu biex jirreġistraw magħha. Imbagħad, il-pazjenti għandhom imorru għand it-tabib/a fejn timtela t-Tieni parti tal-Formola. Wara l-formola għandha tittieħed lura għand l-Ispiżerija li jkunu rreġistraw magħha.
Għar-reġistrazzjoni għandha tintuża biss il-Formola ta’ Reġistrazzjoni pprovduta mid-Diviżjoni tas-Saħħa.

Is-Sigurta' fl-Ikel
|
Id-Dipartiment għall-Promozzjoni tas-Saħħa u l-Prevenzjoni ta' Mard flimkien mall-Kummissjoni għas-Sigurta' fl-Ikel qegħdin fi proċess ta' tfassil ta' 'Ġimgħa dwar is-Sigurta' fl-Ikel'. Din il-ġimgħa ser issir bejn l-14 ta' Mejju u 21 ta' Mejju 2008.
Għaldaqstant nixtiequ nistednuk tikkuntattja permezz ta' l-email balzan.lc@gov.mt jekk tixtieq tattendi ghal-preżentazzjoni bit-tema 'Is-Sigurta' Fl-Ikel' mħejjija u indirizzata minn kelliemha fi ħdan dan id-dipartiment għall-Promozzjoni tas-Saħħa u l-Prevenzjoni ta' Mard. Dawn il-preżentazzjonijiet ser jkunu possibli bejn 9.15am u 12.00pm

LURA FIL-KLASSI
|
"LURA FIL-KLASSI" is a daily programme which consists of direct teaching courses on TVM and Education 22.
Every day of the week is dedicated to a particular subject. Subjects include, the Spanish Language, Italian, DIY, Computer & IT. Viewers can watch the programme and complete the work required by the teachers. They can then proceed to acquire a certificate in the chosen subject.
In order to acquire a certificate, people have to register for the chosen course by filling in an application form at the back of our leaflet.
The programme goes on air on the 31st of March so we are currently in the process of marketing the programme. We have one week to promote the courses and receive application forms.
This project is very close to our heart as it gives people the opportunity to continue learning from the comfort of their own home.

Revision of the Electoral Register
|
The Chief Electoral Commissioner notifies that the closing date for the publication of the forthcoming revision of the General Election Electoral Register due in April is 31st March, 2008.
All Maltese nationals aged 18 or over whose name does not appear in the Electoral Register published in October, 2007, and who have not since applied for registration as voters, should do so provided they have the necessary qualifications. Application forms are obtainable from Police Stations, Local Councils’ Offices and from the Electoral Office. They may also be downloaded from the website - www.electoral.gov.mt
It is in the interest of voters to verify that their personal particulars as shown in the October 2007 Register are correct. They should also verify that the house number or name, the street name as well as the I.D. card number are shown correctly in the Register. Registered voters should notify the Electoral Office of any changes/corrections that are necessary.
For the convenience of those who want to apply for registration as voters or for a change/correction of surname and/or address in the Electoral Register, the Electoral Office is open from Monday to Friday between 7.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m., Wednesday from 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. and Saturday from 7.30 a.m. to 10.45 a.m.
The same facilities are given at the Identity Card Office, 28A, St Francis Square, Rabat, Gozo.
All applications may be delivered at the Office of the Electoral Commission, Evans Building, St. Elmo Place, Valletta, OR to any Police Officer in any Police Station in Malta and Gozo, OR forwarded to the Chief Electoral Commissioner by post, BY NOT LATER THAN 31st March, 2008.

Packaging waste material collection
|
Packaging material (Paper - Plastic - Metal) will be collected separate from the normal waste collection starting on Tuesday, 15th April 2008 after the normal waste is collected.
The Council will be distributing special bags for this collection. One packet of bags, to cover a period of 8 weeks (one bag per week) will be given to every household. The distribution of the bags will start, if all goes as planned, after the 1st of April 2008 in the afternoon between 2.00pm and 4.30pm.
Further details will be given at a later date on this website and on the council noticeboards in the locality.
