Subscribe to the local website - EU YOUTH Programm
Young people, youth centres, youth organizations, youth workers, Local Councils, Non-Govermental Organisations, and those working directly or indirectly in the youth field youth can subscribe to the mailing list of the Malta YOUTH National Agency on http://www.youthmalta.org/ to receive regular information on seminars and training courses taking place abroad, coming project deadlines, and other events concerning the YOUTH Programme.

The YOUTH Programme is a unique opportunity for young people and those working with them to gain an exhilarating international experience through interesting projects. The aim of the Malta National Agency is to provide help and support in achieving this opportunity, as we believe that bringing young people together from diverse cultures serves them to learn about each other and allows them to express openly their hitherto hidden capabilities.

The YOUTH Programme is one of the European Union's educational programmes and focuses on non-formal education to young people aged between 15 and 25. The programme caters for the interests of young people and youth workers, not only by offering financial support for projects involving youth exchanges, European voluntary service, and youth initiatives, but also by providing information, training and a wealth of opportunities to develop new partnerships and mobility across Europe and beyond. Through the programme young people are provided with the right tools to empower themselves and feel actively involved in society. They will acquire relevant information about lives of other young people hailing from different countries, the cultural heritage of other nations and various themes of interest falling under the programme's priorities.

For further information and opportunities within the YOUTH Programme, one can consult the website http://www.youthmalta.org/, email youth.eupu@gov.mt or call on 2125 5663.
